Multi-Ordert Shipping is listing both ready to ship and already shipped items

When I use Multi-order Shipping I am seeing items I have already sent in the listing. This is extremely frustrating because, on multiple occasions, I have almost sent a second package to customers who have already received their order.

How can this be fixed?
