Merchant ID But Can’t Confirm Email Address

I opened a business account and I have to confirm my email address.  You have to login and go to Account Overview.  I have no email from PayPal to confirm the email address.  I forgot my password and I click on the password link. It says that I’m not me.  My IP is static and I logged in yesterday.  

I need the merchant ID for the Wordpress plugin.  But until I confirm my email address, I can’t get the ID.  I messaged PayPal yesterday but no response.
