How do I reset the anniversary date on recurring invoice series?

I need to change the next invoice date for a recurring invoice series. It looks like I can only set the date at <365 days from now. How do I reset the date if I want the next invoice to be sent on a date >365 days from now (and then have this new date be the new anchor for the recurring series)?
