Even in the best of times PayPal's website if unhelpful and difficult to use. Now, I can't even find how to change my standard shipping rates! I haven't updated shipping in many years, and I've looked and looked on the site and I can't find where to go to change the shipping brackets. Could someone tell me where it is? Thanks.
No responses? No one knows how to do this? I sent a chat question to PayPal and after many hours I got a response saying “we’re sorry but you can’t change your shipping rates.” WHAT? They then immediately closed the conversation so I couldn’t respond.
