I tried to pay for shipping and got the following error message:
Unable to print the requested label at this time. The following error occurred.
We are unable to generate your label right now. Please try again later.
This started today. Is anyone else getting the same message? Is the only way to fix this by calling customer service or are they going to see my message here?
