Hi, I would like to enable the Payouts feature for my business account.
I can't even find a place to open a ticket for this, and talking to the Paypal support team is like talking to a wall.
The Technical support team is saying that this is non of their business and they are redirecting me to the Business Support team, and can you guess what is the business support team saying to me? You are right, this is none of their business and I should contact the technical team...
I've already a working product ready to use the payout feature, and I've already passed all the tests I needed to do in the sandbox mode. Now is time to move to production mode and Paypal just seems to not be a good service for this, I might need to search for another payment provider.
Any help for how to enable this feature would be great
