I regretfully purchased a card reader. I can’t get it to work on my pixel xl3 or iPad. I have read all posts and answers from this community. I have also called for helped, had to wait for a return call, was transferred to escalated help and was hung up on for 3 attempts. PayPal used to be good for me before. What is happening to customer service?
