Dear PayPal Sage,
We have an online store at www.petpeeves.Pet, and customers know us as "Pet Peeves", though our legal name is "General Pudding LLC." PayPal receives/processes payments from our customers.
The transaction on a customer's credit card statement reads as something other than "Pet Peeves". We would like to customize the way our name appears on our customers' credit card statements as we are beginning to get hit with disputed transactions due to the customer not recognizing the vendor. Please advise. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
