It doesn't appear that you actually read what I asked at all... It looks like you saw the word invoice and just typed some random response about what invoices do...
@JHypno - I'm sorry for the mix-up on my part. If you have sent an invoice for two items and would like your customer to be able to make a partial payment, please check the "Allow partial payment" box under payment options when you’re creating an invoice. This lets your customers make multiple payments toward the total amount of a single invoice.
