recipient_wallet VENMO giving 400 BAD REQUEST

Hello, I am trying to build paypal payouts, to send payments from backend side.
I am following this tutorial: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/payouts/standard/payouts-to-venmo/

However when I add `recipient_wallet`: `Venmo` I get 400 Bad Request. 

If I try standard "paypal" payout then everything works normally.

Just for anyone else with similar issue: 

recipient type Venmo is not supported in sandbox environment.
