What do I do with my Case Number for MTS for SDK integration?

I asked a question of PayPal MTS yesterday.  I provided code, history, debug info, etc.  In response, I received a case number.  I have yet to receive a response.  Are there any humans that work for PayPal or is it all Salesforce.com bots?  I can't find a page where I can submit this Case Number to track progress.  What use is this number?  What am I supposed to do with it?  How long does it take MTS to respond (apparently more than 24 hours)?
