Would it be beneficial to PayPal to have more clients via that rule - Customer can mark that he/she will pay only first payment of subscription and later on decides to open future payments manually or close them manually in future again? this could prevent loosing money in internet fraud./scams. If client turns off payments, provider can end subscription but if provider is fraud, client can only delete PayPal account and leave PayPal.
