Wix PayPal pmts not reflecting on Wix or PayPal

Hello,

 

My Quickbooks is integrated with Wix & picked up two payments made via PayPal for consultations booked. The payments are not reflecting in PayPal or Wix, nor are the bookings. I get notified via email if a consultation is booked & this did not happen either. As far as I know, PayPal has successfully been linked in Wix. Any suggestions as to how I can check what happened?

Can you please cross check your internal website code and make sure you have switch to LIVE environment. 

 

Please use your LIVE PayPal API credentials in your API calls to PayPal LIVE endpoints to process LIVE payments. 

 

Merchant can create/generate their LIVE REST API credentials(i.e Client ID & Secret) via developer portal. If merchant implemented REST API integration.

Login to https://developer.paypal.com/  >> My apps & credentials >> toggle "LIVE" >> create "App" >> fill required details >> you can able to access your LIVE REST API (Client ID & Secret).

Please follow the below steps to access their LIVE NVP/SOAP API credentials(i.e User Name, Password & Signature). If merchant implemented NVP/SOAP API integration.

Login to your PayPal account>> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials.

(Or)

Login PayPal account >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.
