VERIFIED user on clients account, type DEVELOPER -- Don't See From My Account

I have been added as a user type developer on a customers PayPal, I show as VERIFIED on their account but I do not see their account in my login. Is there something else I need to do?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
