How do i make bill me later my secondary payment in my pay pal account. I would like to pay for a purchase and i want to pay half of it with a pre paid cash card and use my bill me later account for the rest. Could somebody tell me the steps i have to do to complete this transaction. I called ebay customer support and the lady told me to put the card in my pay pal account as my primary payment and bill me later as my secondary. I went into my pay pal account but i cannot find where i can do this.
