can i go to send money and use bill me later

a seller wants me to send money threw pay pal.i dont have enough money in bank acct.but i have alot of money on bill me later.can i send money to seller threw bill me later.when i checked it stated bank acct.it did not state i can do threw pay pal.??

Hi donofdice, purplediddle and wushdish,

Bill Me Later can be used to pay merchants on eBay or other merchants who use PayPal Express Checkout.  This particular type of checkout would need to be set up by the merchant with their website or shopping cart.

Sorry, Bill Me Later will not show as an option for "Send Money" or "Request Money" payments.  That would be a great feature for us to implement in the future.
