I have no clue what is going on. I even tried going to the bill me later site to open an account, but yet it won't let me due to my info they have for me being wrong against my correct info which I give them....
Anyone having the same problem? Or a fix to this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
