Hello, I want to transfer the balance of my PayPal Smart Connect account to a lower interest rate credit card but I can't find my whole account number anywhere on the site. Can anyone tell me where I can find this information?
i dont know..want to do the same but it is not giving an option other than my bank account.i already have a cc on file for my regular paypal,but it wont let me use it..why??
