I sold something on ebay today and they're asking why BML doesn't work for them. Do I need to do anything as a seller so that they can use it on their end? Thank you for your help.
I also have a customer who wants to use BML but when I requested funds from her it doesn't show as an option (she has used it before). She called PayPal who told her to call me. As the merchant, what do I need to do to set this up for her? I can't find anywhere on the money request form that it addresses this. Thanks.
