Bill Me Later Customer Service WORST EVER

I used Bill Me Later once and sent payment in full via mail before due date because it was impossible to pay on line.
Now they are adding interest and late charges. Tried several times via customer service phone for resolution. I was told and used e-mail for response at their site. It says a response will be within 2 working days or 24 hours. I waited 22 days and still no response. I called and was told HOLIDAY BACKLOG caused delay. BULL S--T. Now I was told to send a snail mail to PO BOX in Timonium Md. for resolution as this is a billing isssue. No names just a PO BOX>
I understand Bill me Later- PAY PAL- E BAY are all under 1 umbrella. Guess we will have to break them up like BELL TELEPHONE. I am seeking legal assistance to file a class action lawsuit and will let State of California and Federal Officials know of this way to add money to Banks crappy Business practices.
