i have a $25 non-reloadable visa gift card and i'm using my debit card (w/visa logo) to make a purchase, but it says card won't work, so i'm guessing it's about the gift card. the gift card does state, "this card is not a credit card", but i was hoping since it had a visa logo, it would work. is this the cause?
