I started a paypal account today and linked my wal-mart money card to it, which works like a Visa, only prepaid. I have money on the card and even got it verified. Paypal deducted the 1.95 from my card and reimbursed it when i supplied the 4 digit code. I made one transaction, and it cleared just fine. But now I can't make any more purchases, even though I know there is money on the card. Paypal wont clear anymore transactions, and I dont understand why they let me once, but then wont let me use it anymore. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
