I've never had this problem before but last night when i tried to add my Vanilla Visa Debit card to my account I got an error saying that Paypal could not verify this account and I should try using another card. I then called Visa and they told me that there were no problems on their side but that Paypal kept rejecting the confirmation of the card. If anyone has had this problem before I appreciate the help.
Feldmanking- Generally, pre-paid debit cards don't work on PayPal for the exact reason that you're running into. They can't pass our verification process, and if they can't do that they can't be used. Every once and again one will slip through, but for the most part they just don't fly.
