but I'm on the profile that I originally cancelled the account/card that was on the account with.. and it's the only one I've ever use my bank card on... any ideas how to fix? says I have '0' cards attached to the account also.
Same here, although I don't remember the account with the added card. If somehow there was an option to remove the card via the card number. (I've tried all my emails.)
