Refunding to a debit card

my first time using paypal/ebay and i have a huge problem.  i spent $330 on an item, and within 10 minutes of sending payment(using buy it now) the seller cancelled me and sent me the refund.  i used my debit card for the purchase, and 3 days later i am still without my money in my account.  330 dollars is a fairly large amount of money to me, and i find it unacceptable that i still have yet to receive my money considering nothing ever happened in the first place.  i will not use paypal again because of this
