Prepaid cards?

I'm wondering if I can use prepaid cards since my bank account isin't working for whatever reason, ScotiaBank and it's not letting me add anymore either. So I'm wondering if I could use pre-paid cards, there's a Visa Vanilla and Mastercard Vanilla both at the Petro Canada-7/11 down the block a ways so I'm wondering if I can use those..

yeah man ive used prepaid cards before BUT, you must first register the card under you name BEFORe you try and link it to your paypal,
