I just tried to add an American Express gift card to my account. Pay Pal kept giving me error messages and wouldn't accept the card but when I checked my card balance, it showed $1.00 removed for each time I tried to add the card to my account. The exact charges state: PAYPAL INC MARK - Purchase with AVS. I didn't purchase anything nor was I allowed to add the card so what am I being charged for???
