I recently rec'd a letter raising my credit card limit. I also starting to receive declines of my card at merchants I use for the credit card. I called and thought I had had a cs rep. resolve the problem. They said I needed to hv it linked to an outside bank account. I did that.
Now, on 1/13/10, I review my PayPal regular account and see that charges that I thought were going to the master card paypal card were applied to my regular PayPal account which has no funds. I tried calling and keep getting people in offshore sights who haven't a clue as to what I am talking about.
Any suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated.
