Money earned in PayPal; can it be transfered to a debit card?

My first post!!! Anyway, the title pretty much sums up my question. If I sell something on eBay, and the buyer pays me through PayPal, can that money be transfered to my debit card? The reason I ask is because I am selling an item on eBay, and I want to use the money I earn to buy something from an online store that does not take PayPal. Thanks!
