I just purchased an Android based tablet. When I registered the Apps, I received a prompt that directed me to
link my PayPal account for purchases, but did not give instructions on how to do this. Can you shed some light
on the subject?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
