Not a big deal just want to set-up a personal papal account to use at my home. I have given my Master card Debit to pay pal many times and they say it won't except. Well it best because I get almost 1000.00 dollars each month directly deposited on it.. Through Commerce Bank Direct Express Card

You need to verify your Account, else you will have limitations.  Unfortunately it's just that simple.
