Hi. So, I used to have a paypal account a few months ago, and I ended up deleting my PayPal account.
Today, I made a new PayPal account, and tried to enter the same Bank Account that I used for my old account. I don't remember the login info or anything for my old account, but my question is, is there anything I can do to use the same Bank account on my new PayPal Account?
Welcome to the boards!
If you are receiving an error message stating that your banking information is already in use, the old account either wasn't completely closed or there's anothe account out there using it (you might check with other members of your household). The best thing to do is reach out to customer service so they can research the bank account in question and go from there. Click on "Contact Us" and select help via phone - please don't email your banking information!
Hope this helps,
