paypal has been limited my account

I have sent my proof of identity months  ago but paypal hasn't reviewed it yet and now my account has been limited. I cannot transfer my payment to my bank account. I really need my money ASAP. Please help. Thank you.

Me too. They want me to verify the ff like proof of shipping. I already submitted everything but they dont even look at it
