Unable to upload a document to confirm identity

This is my 3rd time to ask experts or open a topic here. 

2017 I have received an email from Paypal asking me to confirm my identity. Since I cannot upload the document anywhere in my account, I have called Paypal for assistance.

1) I was advised to upload the document via NAME CHANGE

2) I was adviced to upload my document over /uploaddoc link

3) I received a call from Business Support - PayPal South-East Asia and is telling me he called to assist me.

4) I received from this Business Support - PayPal South-East Asia an email and sent the required documents.

All this time, I was given a false hope that this issue is being resolve since I did provide all the required documents. 

I have been calling customer support and being transferred to account specialist and no one seems to listen over and over again. My account has been limited and all my salary is being on hold. Until when?

It's now 2018, and yet my account has not yet been reviewed. 

I have been calling Paypal almost everyday to follow-up and yet no one can help me. Someone in Paypal is being incompetent and not doing his job.

I AM CRYING OUT LOUD FOR JESUS SAKE! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?!

I'm in the brink of leaving Paypal because of the same issue.

I sent several emails and their robots were unable to answer this simple question. So finally, after researching, I uploaded my doc via the name change but after more than a week, I still haven't received an answer.

So so so so frustrated with the service!

my same problem did you solved your account limitation EvaSuyo.my account is limited and i been struggling to stop my account limitation i provided all the documents they need but still my account is limited its been month now my money stock on paypal

Hi there!

Yes, I was able to resolve my issue. I kept on calling them for updates. You can try to call them up and let them know that you needed your account bank the soonest possible time. As what I have said to them that this is where I do get my salary.

You can call them and let them know that you have already provided the document otherwise, there was something wrong about the document you have sent. Like for example, I have sent them the ID that named when I was still single. So they emailed me about the document that they can't use that and I needed to get an ID under the Paypal account name.

There are issues that is why your account is still on-hold, I suggest that you call them up and asked them if there is any problem with the documents that you have provided.

You can use google apps that lets you call US with no charge.

Works fine on me.

i tried almost every thing.. and try your advice so many times but still its in progress and i cant link my bank account,,,  😞

Are you having issues linking your bank account with Paypal? If yes, you can follow the steps below. If not please let me know what exactly the issue is so I can help you.

Here’s how to link a bank account to your PayPal account:

1. Click the Profile icon beside "Log out" and select Profile and settings.
2. Click My money.
3. Click Update next to "Bank accounts" and then click Link new bank.
4. If you don't see your bank listed, click I have a different bank at the bottom right.
5. Select what kind of account it is (Checking or Savings).
6. Enter the bank's routing number, your account number, and then click Continue.

We’ll confirm your bank account by sending 2 small deposits (each between $0.01 and $0.99 USD) to the bank account you want to confirm.

After 2 to 3 business days, review your bank statement or contact your bank to find out the exact amounts of these deposits. With this information, you can complete the confirmation process online.

Here’s how to complete the confirmation process online:

1. Click the Profile icon next to "Log out" then select Profile and settings.
2. Click My Money.
3. Click Update next to "Bank accounts."
4. At the bottom of the page, click the bank account you want to confirm.
5. Enter the exact amounts of the 2 deposits made to your account, then click Submit.
