Unable to upload a document to confirm identity

This is my 3rd time to ask experts or open a topic here.

2017 I have received an email from Paypal asking me to confirm my identity. Since I cannot upload the document anywhere in my account, I have called Paypal for assistance.

1) I was advised to upload the document via NAME CHANGE

2) I was adviced to upload my document over /uploaddoc link

3) I received a call from Business Support - PayPal South-East Asia and is telling me he called to assist me.

4) I received from this Business Support - PayPal South-East Asia an email and sent the required documents.

All this time, I was given a false hope that this issue is being resolve since I did provide all the required documents.

I have been calling customer support and being transferred to account specialist and no one seems to listen over and over again. My account has been limited and all my salary is being on hold. Until when?

It's now 2018, and yet my account has not yet been reviewed.

I have been calling Paypal almost everyday to follow-up and yet no one can help me. Someone in Paypal is being incompetent and not doing his job.

I AM CRYING OUT LOUD FOR JESUS SAKE! CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?!

Hi,

For some reason, paypal detected an unusual activity on my account so they restricted my account and then I provided my proof of identity via paypal app. Now, I cannot login to my account through a web browser, it kept saying that "We're still reviewing your document. We'll email you once we've confirmed your account". I can only access my account through the Paypal App but cannot withdraw/transfer my funds. It has been more than a week now and there's still no help from paypal at all.

I need some help resolving this issue. Can anyone please help me? thanks.

I tried to buy a motorbike from ebay, which apparently exceeded some mythical EU limit, and my account was frozen, this came about because Paypal refused to accept valid documents at the time, in the end I did it through my bank without an iota of trouble, AND NO FEES PAYABLE E£ITHER?? I have been trying to clear my account since LAST SEPTEMBER, and am still waiting. PAYPAL are a byword for incompetence, I have today, tried , yet again to upload 2 utility bills, which Paypal steadfastly refuses to accept

Hi there bernlirio!

I hope the issue that you have encountered has been resolved. Paypal usually takes sometime for them to inveestigate this. Was it resolved?

Hi there!

Sometimes Paypal needs few days to resolve your issue and lift the limitation. If you didn't get any updates within a week, I suggest that you call them up and redirect you to account limitation department and check if they needed more documents for you to expedite the process.
