Request to deny the receipt dated 9th December so that I shall request my client to pay again

The payment that was made by my client on 9th December is $93.00 which is still held up with Paypal and the transaction reference is 8ME22173X5299783M

I checked with my client and they told that once Paypal denies the transaction they will pay me same amount again. 

Hence I request you to kindly check the above transaction and deny the same.
