Can anybody look into my matter? My cleint in the US is trying to send me a couple of dollars as I have asked him to, becasue it is my first time I have opened an account with paypal. But the client has just replied that the PayPal is not allowing him to send me anything. He uses business account and mine perosnnal. Whom should I contact for this concern? He asked me to check up with Pyapal India.
