How many days do I have to wait? up to 21 days or 60 days?

I understand the system they hold my money.

But to fill 3 requirements, the 3rd one states

"Be a seller, receiving payments with PayPal, for at least 60 days, from the date you receive your first payment."

But they said the payment is pending only up to 21 days right?

So how many days do I actually have to wait?

You wait up to 21 days per payment.

The actual ''hold'' for all payments last at least 60 days from when you start to sell.
