Cannot add my bank account

When I add a bank account information. After completing all process like account number input, ifsc code input. But when I submit the process after preview it shows a error message "The PayPal server is currently experiencing some difficulties. Please try again later or contact Customer Service"

Please tell me how I get a solution.

Okay Guys

The issue is that. 

When you are trying to add a Local bank the Paypal Restrict it.

You really have to call them.

Me I called them for free via skype +Go to https://www.paypal.com/help and click "Call Us"

First I had skype logged on

Then I searched Paypal in FB and Message it.

There was an Auto response then I clicked the contact us link

Then Contact

Then scroll down look for Call Us

Then I choosed "Call us as a guest"

Then paypal Customer Service Number will appear.

Copy paste it on your skype.

Just a heads up

An answering machine will guide you. Just follow what she says until you reach to step 4

just keep saying i need help on this step until you reach the option "agent"

that will be the time she will transfer you to an agent.

At first i tried to wait for 21 minutes coz they said they will return my call however they didnot

so I called again and waited. It only took them 4 minutes to answer. So Just stay in the line.
