on the 3rd september i had refund given back to me but paypal said pending until the 10th. So today it cleared and now its not in my bank account where it said it has gone??!!
If a refund is send with an e-cheque it will be pending until the e-cheque has cleared. Once cleared the refund will show as completed. The funds are then sent to your bank/card. This then takes a few days.
