I bought an item on 31st July and paid by Paypal after a relist. A week later the seller asked if I still wanted the item? she was about to relist it as she had not been paid. I gave her the date and time and transaction number of my payment but she couldn't trace it.
It was suggested that I paid the amount into her paypal account, and she would get the item straight into the post. That was on Wednesday 8 August, and the item has still not arrived. It does not seem to have been posted either.
My ebay purchase history shows a symbol that the paypal transaction has not been processed yet, although it appeaars as complete on my statement and is also on my bank statement.
What sort of reason is there if it still shows as not being processed.
The whole transaction seems to have been a mystery to her.
I do not wish to open a case against her unless it necessary.
