i want to pay for something on paypal but not use my paypal balance just the bankcard thats registered on there & it wont let me what do i do
If you transfer the funds in your paypal balance to your bank account then paypal will use your bank card.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
