hi there on the 20th of april i purchased a item through ebay, paid for it through paypal thought nothing of it everything went as normal, i did as i normally do and messaged the seller just to confirm he has received the payment , he replied the next day saying he hadn't and according to ebay i hadnt paid for it , so i checked my email and there it was the receipt saying the transaction was succesful, ive tried messaging ebay and they as much use as a chocolate fire guard, any ideas how to try and resolve this problem? thanks you for reading this
