Hi fanerapid,

You will not be able to change the phone number on your account without logging into your account. If you are getting stuck with this security check I would advise giving us a call. You will find our number by clicking 'contact' at the bottom of the PayPal page. You will be ask to login but on the right of the login box you will see an option to continue without the login.

This sounds like a security challenge to me and if you're being asked to verify an older phone number during the login process, it's usually best to contact us directly by phone for assistance.

Same problem here. It has been more than 1 year that i dont access my old number. I think it doesnt even exist anymore. Can somebody allow me to enter in the account without verification code by sms? I already have everything to log in.
