hi i bought a item from ebay and never recieved it after contacting the seller and not getting anywhere i started a claim through paypal...it has now been on being reviewed by paypal for 12 days since the 9th sept how long do these reviews last for as i wish to take further action if it goes against me...
The only thing i can think is that proof of postage is not proof of delivery, so they don't know the seller received the item back again.
But why not try and appeal it.
Go to contact us bottom of paypal pages > put in account probs and phone the number given > when you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get an agent.
