adding 3v prepaid cards

does anyone know if you can pull the full amount from 3v prepaid card once you added it your paypal account or to you have to buy something to activate or access the card amount ?

as i have a £25 card added to my paypal account but its not showing on my account total

how do you add it to your account total ?

hi i had this problem thinking wheres the money its on the card linked toi your paypal when you spend on ebay it will take the money from the card

Also, it doesn't show in the Paypal you have to go to the https://www.3vprepaid.com/PayPal site to see the current balance.
