Sorry to hear about this. When a payment doesn't complete and you receive an error message, it could be for a few different reasons. To get a exact reason, I'd always recommend contacting Customer Support so we can look into it for you. Once we've had a look at your account, we can provide you with more information on the payment stoppage. Hope this helps!
