I already setup my My Visa® Card issued in Bosnia & Herzegovina
for paypal. Then I verified it transferring small amount .

After all I did STILL CAN NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT !!!
Person trying to send me receive error: "your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time"

What is the problem  please .? I need the solution NOW

I am long time customer of moneybookers and this never happen with them.

This would need a more detailed research. I recommend contacting Customer Service to make sure your account is fully verified and capable of receiving funds. We won't be able to address account specific details in a public forum.

But I got response from you Michael. and from few sentences you wrote there is absolutely no help to my case!?!

Why don't you ever bother to write it?
