VERIFYING a DEBIT CARD AND THEN GOT BLOCKED FROM PAYPAL

Hillow, im new in paypal, im from philippines and i have a problem about my card, since i dont know how to contact costumer service in USA, when i link my card to paypal and then after linking i was suppose to click continue to get my EXPUSE number from paypal, an error always appear, it said "We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card." i check over and over again about my card, it has the same address/name but why could i not continue verifying my account, so the next step that i do, i delete my card to try it again to make sure that the information is all the same, when i delete my debit card from paypal, and try to add it again, a frustrated error massage pop ups in my account, it said "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card" OH MY GOD, what did i do now? im the real owner of these card and i have money to widraw from paypal, its been 2 weeks i try to verify these CARD to PAYPAL, anyone can HELP me please?? this is my third email to paypal, please help i only got 1 debit card please kindly help ill do everything to get my card back..

Hi im new in PAYPAL and im from philippines, i have a problem about my account, its been 3 days that i try to verify my account using EON CARD from UNIONBANK in the philippines, after in LINK my EON CARD in paypal i try to get the EXPUSE number from paypal, when i press continue an error occur and said "We were unable to verify this credit card. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card." i dont understand the problem because before i link my EON CARD i double check the information if its the same from paypal to my EON CARD. So after 3 days, today i decided to DELETE my card and LINK it again then BOOMMM theres a BIGGER problem, my ONE AND ONLY CARD THAT I CAN GET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE BECAUSE ALL OF MY MONEY IS STILL IN PAYPAL has been BLOCKED from PAYPAL, heres the massage "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. " no i send a massage in support team, i send 3 emails.. now my question is, if they cant get my card to unbanned how can i get my money from paypal?? please i need help from you guys, im new in paypal.. please..

Welcome to the Community!

If you are trying to confirm your card on your account, you need to wait for between 2 and 3 working days for the charge to show on your transactions. If you have since removed your card from your PayPal account, this would have resulted in your card being disabled on your account and it can only be reset by customer services.

If you have tried emailing us, we will get back to you with an update and we should also be able to reset your card for you so that you can register it again to your PayPal account. I can't see your account so I can't reset your card for you but when customer services receive your email, they can have your card reset.

Please let me know how it goes.

I have the same problem, I am also from the philippines using union bank eon visa card, my credit card has been block also because I tried a wrong verification number, since I was not aware that trying a wrong number would lead to blocking my account, I already sent my identity documents but as of now, I still cannot verify my account, their is still a message saying that my "card has been block by paypal". Please enable my card back because I also have only one card.... please help.

I have the same experience. I have been blocked and my EON card is disabled, it's very difficult to get my card as the Union Bank is the only bank that grant this EON card and is very far from my home and will spend a day to travel to reach the bank. I have also the same message "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. "  I really need your help, as I read this forum you said that you can reset it. I am hoping you'll be able to reset my card. PLease! I'm having too much problem to have a hard earned cash online because of this. PLease, please I need your help.

Same Thing happend to me.

the only problem is I cant send an email to the support the form is not accepting my 4 digit last number of the card.
I only have one card and it is blocked.I am using RCBC Visa Wallet card.

Please help.

same to me, i enter wrong code. Already email to paypal but no respon from them until now. i email some document few days ago and still NO RESPON. what should i do next? Do i have to wait and see?

I do regret to hear that your debit card has been blocked on your PayPal account. I would advise that you contact us by phone so we can reset it for you. 

To contact us please click on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page and choose phone.

How can I reactivate my debit card? In my statement, there is no paypal code and I have tried 3 times but to my misfortune, I got blocked. How can I reactivate and refund my money?
