I have cancelled my trial of Terapeak about three times, a screen comes up thanking me for using Terapeak and asking me why I am leaving. Today is the sixth day of the seven day trial. I gave the reason that I do not have a website or Ebay shop yet but that I will come back to the product at a future date.
I submit my answer without a problem but when I go back into my account it says it is still active.
This is the reason I have cancelled repeatedly.
I am worried that they will withdraw my money through Paypal even though I am cancelling prior to the expiry time.
In my paypal account it says the transaction with Terapeak is pending.
Can I cancel the transaction in Paypal.

Here’s how to cancel a subscription or recurring payment:
1.Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
2.Click ‘Profile’ near the top of the page.
3.Select ‘My money'.
4.In the ‘My pre-approved payments’ section, click ‘Update'.
5.Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
6.Click ‘Cancel Profile’ to confirm your request
When going to your "profile" be sure to double click on the tab to open the full Profile page as you may not get all the options if you just hover you mouse over it. Once the page loads you will see the section that says "my money.
Advice is voluntary.

Is there any way they can try and reinstate it.

I work for Terapeak.
When cancelling a trial license, your agreement is cancelled effectively, but due to a technical issue that we're resolving, the modification doesn't show up on your Terapeak account page immediately (on data.terapeak.com/account) which may lead you to expect the license has not been modified.
We apologize for any alarm this has caused you, but you were not in danger of having your trial renew unintentionally.
